PTC heating sheet use note:
1) PTC heating sheet has the characteristics of automatic constant temperature, no need for temperature control system, the PTC heating sheet can be directly powered.
2) When the PTC heating element is used to heat a liquid (such as water), the PTC heating element will not be damaged after the liquid is dried.
3) If the PTC heating element is used to heat the cold air, the PTC heating element will not be damaged when the air is not supplied.
4) There are four kinds of electrodes for customers to choose: printing aluminum, printing aluminum + silver, meltblown metal aluminum, electroless nickel plating + silver.
5) Long service life and use under normal environment, the service life can reach more than 10 years.
6) Reliable work, using the internal characteristics of the PTC heater to control the temperature, never overheating.
7) The working voltage is very wide. When the operating voltage changes by a factor of two, the change in surface temperature is very small.
8) This product does not have wires and insulation. Customers also choose products with wires and insulation, or products with a casing.
9) When multiple PTC heating fins are used together, they should be connected in parallel and not connected in series.
